When we begin working on an agreed project with you, signing our contract grants your consent to our using your data as outlined in the terms and conditions of our contract, and in this privacy policy.

Personal Data

What personal data do we collect? We collect personal information using the contact form on this website. we ask for your name, phone number and email address, along with any additional information you choose to share. We will only use this data to contact you about the services your enquiry relates to.

Who do we share your data with? When you complete the contact form, your details are emailed directly to us (and only us). We won’t share your contact details with anyone else.

How long do we retain your data? We’ll save your contact details for as long as is necessary, dependent on the reason for your initial enquiry.

Where do we store your data? We save all contact details securely within a UK hosted CRM (two factor authentication is required to access the data).

Your right to be “forgotten”: If you would like us to delete your contact details at any time, please contact us.

Experimentation and Sustainability Survey

What personal data do we collect? We ask for name, job title and email address.

Why do we ask for it? We ask for it in order to de-duplicate responses (so that we analyse only one response per organisation). We’ll only contact you in order to share the survey findings and to ask any clarification questions if you’ve given us permission to do so.

Where are your personal details stored? When you complete the contact form, your details are saved (along with the survey responses) in a secure, password protected Airtable database.

Who do we share your personal data with? We won’t share your personal details with anyone else.

Who do we share your survey responses with? We’ll anonymise your responses and allocate you a user ID. It’s only this anonymous data, along with the trends and patterns identified, that we’ll share publicly.

How long do we retain your data? We’ll save your personal details for 6 months and then delete them. Anonymous survey responses will be stored indefinitely.
