About Me

I’ve spent over 25 years in digital marketing, mostly in agencies. I helped lead SearchStar, an independent agency in Bath, through several years of rapid growth to its sale in 2019. Most recently I was Partnerships Director at Bind Media.

Today I work independently with agencies and brands.

With agencies, I help you bring human strategy and judgement alongside the AI tools you’re adopting, develop new services and grow through partnerships and stronger client relationships.

With brands, I help you get more from your website, media and agencies and provide independent advice when you’re reviewing or choosing an agency.

I also mentor marketers and serve as a non-executive director for Frank Water and Bath Unlimited. Whatever the problem, the aim is the same: growth that works for people as well as profit.
